ABOUT
Hungercandle takes its title from Paul Celan: “a place through which I/ can wake myself toward you,/ the bright/ hungercandle in mouth.”
The word hungercandle toils, but freely. It searches, creates, evades justification. It accepts death and keeps living. It is relating ever-renewed.
We aren’t looking to add more information without connection to the internet. We hope this is a place to wake towards each other in new ways.
